Carmen Christensen is a mom of two, a wife, and a dog mama, and has lived in Cochrane for 15 years. Carmen is a Life Coach who helps women and professionals reconnect with themselves and what truly matters.
This vision board workshop is a space to pause, reflect, and shine your light again, reconnecting with who you are beyond all your roles. Come together to connect, grow, and show up as yourself.
