Description
The Mindset Lab is a high-energy, play-based 9-week program that helps kids and teens build the brain skills they need for school, friendships, and everyday life, without constant worksheets or sitting still. Each week focuses on one essential Executive Functioning skill, such as emotional regulation, impulse control, planning, or goal-setting, taught through group-based games, movement, strategy challenges, and teamwork. It looks like play. It feels like fun. It works like brain training.
Kids and teens level up through our Mental Mastery Belt System, building confidence, independence, and real-world skills that actually stick.

BUILDERS (Ages 5–8) Play based, high-movement learning for developing brains.
